Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package your HexClad cookware in its original packaging to ensure it arrives back to us safely.

  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
